Silicone provides outstanding durability and a non-sticking property, allowing the lens to be easily removed for maintenance.

Text Box: REFLECTOR: Anodized specular aluminum is furnished for maximum reflectivity and corrosion-resistance.  In combination with the large aperture of the fixture, our symmetrically curved reflector produces the widest beam spread available from this type of fixture.  It is easily removed for maintenance.

Text Box: PVC END PLATES: For structural strength, 5/16" thick flat PVC plastic plates are welded flush within the ends of the housing with PVC welding rod.  Five 1/8" weep holes in each plate allow the fixture to "breathe", combating internal heat and condensation build up.

Text Box: PVC HOUSING: Built to last, our one-of-a-kind PVC plastic housing is ideally suited to withstand harsh outdoor environments.  Inherently non-corrosive, with UV stabilizers added, it was designed with durabiity in mind.  5/16" thick walls absorb knocks from maintenance equipment without denting and aid fixture performance in cold weather climates.  Design features exhibit an unobtrusive tubular style and a generous aperture, allowing for an extra wide beam pattern.

Text Box: LENS RAILS: Two easy-to-use lens retaining rails ensure proper lens attachment.  Stainless steel screws lock in fingertip pressure on the rails, providing highly effective gasket compression.  Rails are constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum and painted with enamel to match the fixture.

Text Box: FASTENERS: All fasteners, inside and out, are either aluminum or stainless steel to aid against corrosion.  Disassembling a fixture to change the lamp or ballast will never be a problem.

Text Box: LENS: Our stock lens is clear, flat 1/8" thick acrylic.  Impact-resistant polycarbonate is available for locations experiencing vandalism.  Color lenses are also an option.

Text Box: FINISH: Enamel is applied with a low pressure / high volume spray resulting in a thick, durable finish.  Choose from several stock colors or allow us to provide your custom color. Text Box: ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: We use only UL Listed ballasts, lampholders, lamp supports and wire.  Internal mounting plates are constructed of aluminum to provide corrosion-resistance.  Each fixture is lamped and tested for starting reliability once assembled.  Our fixtures are among the easiest in the industry, of their type, to facilitate replacement of a lamp or ballast. Text Box: SWIVELS: Adjustable 2-piece swivels are offset in the rear to be hidden from frontal view and still maintain a flexible range of aim.  Locking teeth are secured with a non-corrosive stainless steel carriage bolt and wing nut.
